I don't agree with the minimum of 5 at Reyroz/Bioge:
LW : 12m3 (10 could do maybe but without interest and if you don't like your boat). Good school section !
MW : 20-25 m3 : nice III-IV section with no special difficulty excepted "la pile"
HW : at 40m3 only for serious class IV paddlers with reliable roll skills but I suppose it is possible with much more water
